Outgoing World Cup winner, Lisa Vittozzi gives up on her season

Since the start of the season, Vittozzi had postponed his return to competition several times. She first skipped the first stage of the World Cup in Kontiolahti (Finland). The 29-year-old Italian then withdrew in December from the second and third stages of the winter, in Hochfilzen, Austria, and Le Grand-Bornand, France, setting her return at Oberhof, Germany (January 9-12 ). Last week, she announced she was once again pushing back her World Cup return, this time without setting a date.
