Arne Slot has given the green light for Anis Hadj Moussa’s transfer to Liverpool. This information is reported by Football Insider and included in the BBC transfer blog.
Liverpool would be ready to try their luck with Feyenoord to recruit Hadj Moussa, according to sources cited by Football Insider. The right winger is being closely monitored by the English club after his “promising start” at the Rotterdam club.
Hadj Moussa is seen as a potential replacement for Mohamed Salah. The Egyptian indeed has an expiring contract with the Reds, and it is still uncertain whether it will be extended. The right winger currently plays every game for Liverpool, and the team does not have many options in this position.
He already wanted him at Feyenoord
Slot has already given the green light for the arrival of Hadj Moussa. He did the same last season at Feyenoord. However, he ultimately did not work with the Algerian dribbler. It was only last summer that Hadj Moussa made his transfer from Vitesse to Feyenoord, for an amount estimated at 3.5 million euros. He is under contract until mid-2029.
Hadj Moussa has played a total of nineteen matches for Feyenoord so far. During these meetings, the 22-year-old Algerian international scored six goals and provided two assists. He also played on loan for Olympic Charleroi and Patro Eisden.
