Injured since October, Karl Anderson had remained very discreet on the subject. At the beginning of November, he announced a shoulder injury and an absence until the end of April 2025 without wanting to say more.
Today, Karl Anderson took stock in his podcast ”Talk’n Shop”. He announced that he suffered a torn rotator cuff in his shoulder, but that a lesion of the SLAP of the shoulder was also added:
”Right now I’m at home, obviously with my injured shoulder. I’m sidelined for at least six or seven more months due to a torn rotator cuff and SLAP¨. The SLAP… Before you ask if it was an old injury: it’s not. It comes back. I’m able to do a little movement.”
Conclusion, we should not expect to see Karl Anderson again in the near future. Obviously, the situation is worse than expected for him.
A long road to convalescence awaits Karl Anderson. In the meantime, his partner Luke Gallows participates in a few non-televised matches.
