The departmental para-adapted archery took place this Sunday, December 15, in Quimper. This sporting event was aimed at athletes with intellectual or psychological deficiencies, licensed by the French Adapted Sports Federation. It was jointly organized by the ASL Briec (Sports Association of Esat de Briec) and the Archers de l’Odet.
Twenty-nine Finistère archers from the Archers de Guipavas, the Asc Genêts d’Or Saint-Pol-de-Léon, the Asc Kan Ar Mor, Amzer Vak and the ASL Briec met in the bays of the Halle des sports of Penhars, including 22 in official FFSA competition at 18 m to try to win one of the nine Finistère champion titles at stake. for the seven beginners, a non-competitive game was offered with targets at 10 m. The interest is that they discover the competition atmosphere with an accessible distance. At the end of the two series of ten ends, the verdict was in and the ranking revealed these 2024 Finistère champions.
Evan Marcheras, Guillaume Guedes, Philippe Le Dinns, Jean-Michel Gueguen and Fabienne Bodennec (Archers Guipavas), Liame Albert, Nicolas Martin and Maurice Kerscaven (ASL Briec) and Isabelle Trepos (Asc Kan Ar Mor) distinguished themselves during the competition .
