Abdellatif Jrindou has been appointed new coach of COD Meknes, replacing Tunisian Abdelhay Ben Soltane, the club in the Ismaili capital announced on Wednesday on its social networks.
The results of the CODM during the last days of the Botola Pro “Inwi” D1, notably the defeat against Olympic Safi and the draw against Chabab Mohammedia at the Stade d’Honneur, precipitated the departure of the Tunisian technician, dismissed on Tuesday.

Promoted this season to Botola D1, the CODM has not managed to find its cruising speed. It stagnates at the bottom of the table (14th place) with 14 points.
Former Moroccan international and icon of Raja de Casablanca with whom he lifted several national and continental trophies, Abdellatif Jrindou has an increasingly rich career as a coach.
He had already taken charge, in particular, of the Moroccan selection (U17), JS Massira, Maghreb de Fez and Moghreb de Tétouan.
