Like Porsche, Nissan, Jaguar and Lola, Maserati will also continue its commitment until the arrival of Gen4 electric single-seaters, planned for season 13 in 2026-2027, and even beyond since the manufacturer Italian, one of the brands of the Stellantis group, has committed until 2030. Returning to a single-seater category in 2023, Maserati currently uses the same powertrain as DS Penske, finished 6th in the last Championship and will have two new drivers next season, Stoffel Vandoorne and Jake Hughes.
