The battle rages between the three leading men of the Vendée Globe, Charlie Dalin, Thomas Ruyant and Yoann Richomme.

Charlie Dalin (Macif Santé Prévoyance), who continues to lead the way at a good pace, very slightly increased his lead during the night over Thomas Ruyant (Vulnerable), 2nd at 45.45 miles, according to the score taken Tuesday at 7:00 a.m. by the organizers of the Vendée Globe.

While the leading skippers are heading towards the Cape of Good Hope at a speed of over 20 knots, Yoann Richomme (Paprec Arkéa) retains third place, 77.02 miles from the leader.

During the night, it was Nicolas Lunven (Holcim – PRB) who performed well as he moved from 7th to 5th place, 121.86 minutes behind Dalin. But the gap remains very small (less than 6 miles) with Jérémie Beyou (Charal), 6th.
