Free at the end of the season, Idrissa Gana Gueye should consider this offer which could surpass all competition in terms of remuneration. However, the “Lion” of “Teranga” still enjoys good popularity in Europe, which places him before a decisive choice for the rest of his career. The Senegalese international was once tracked in Saudi Arabia. The midfielder had signed a two-year contract which was due to end in June 2024, but last May he extended it for a season.
At 35, Idrissa Gana Gueye, valued at 2 million Euros (1.3 billion FCfa) by Transfermarkt, has already played 11 Premier League matches this season. With his 119 caps with the Senegalese national team, he could give in to this financially attractive proposition, which would place him among the best-paid Senegalese players in the world.
