From Tuesday, the DNCG appeals committee will receive the clubs which have appealed the decision taken at first instance by the federal club control committee.

Seventeen clubs have been administratively demoted or banned from membership by the DNCG (pro and amateur) for a little over a month. Some like Reims Sainte-Anne (National 3) preferred not to appeal the sanction. Excluded from national competitions, SO Cholet and FC Libourne have filed for bankruptcy. But all the others must be heard by the appeal committee by providing new guarantees to the FFF for their future.

And these next ten days are decisive. First of all because the DNCG appeal committee is the last resort before the federal authority. The clubs that do not win their case at the end of this hearing will then have to refer the matter to the French National Olympic and Sports Committee (CNOSF) for conciliation. However, after this referral, the time limits for being received range from eight to fifteen days.

Which will be prohibitive since the groups of the national competitions are published before July 17. The executive office of the Amateur Football League should validate them on Thursday July 11 or Friday July 12. But, according to our information, it has still not been summoned. In the event of a positive conciliation before the CNOSF, the executive committee of the FFF must accept it. Otherwise, it will be necessary to refer the matter to the administrative court for interim relief. And there, it is a lost cause because urgency is rarely retained by the administrative justice system. These next ten days are decisive!
