The Lausanne Hockey Club organized its traditional support meal this Wednesday, November 20, the Night of the Lions. A record edition with the presence of 1,000 guests, including you, in a Vaudoise arena decked out in its finest finery for the event.
This record number of participants for a support meal at the Vaudoise arena once again demonstrates the exceptional enthusiasm around the LHC since last season. A passion that goes hand in hand with very good sporting results and an impeccable state of mind, and to which you greatly contribute with your presence and your unwavering support on a daily basis. THANKS !
This LHC support meal, the fifth at the Vaudoise Aréna, saw many highlights follow one another. After a convivial aperitif dinner at the Bar des Lions, guests were able to taste the “Fondue des Lions”, prepared by the LHC Gourmet teams. Thank you for their quality work and their involvement.
The evening was punctuated by the return match of the Champions Hockey League round of 16 between Geneva and Lausanne, even if the hoped-for result was not there. For this edition, the players were exceptionally not present, but they will be back next year on stage and at the tables.
Thanks to the young DJ Burkel, on stage during the first break and for the after party. Thanks also to Denis Vaucher, CEO of the National League and President of Hockey Europe, and Marc-Anthony Anner, Vice-President of the SIHF, for their presence and their positive messages on the development of Swiss hockey during the second break.
The evening finally ended with the awarding of the first ten prizes in an exceptional raffle, including an unforgettable evening at the Royal Savoy, a trip to Montreal and even star-studded moments with the region’s greatest chefs.
