Tata Martino would no longer be the coach of Inter Miami. According to our American colleagues GiveMeSport the 61-year-old Argentinian technician would have left his post this Tuesday, November 19 to “personal reasons”. A decision which comes nine days after the surprise debacle of the Florida club, eliminated in the first round of the play-offs by Atlanta (3-2), Sunday November 10.

A huge disappointment for Inter Miami, who finished in first place in the regular season of the major North American league, Major League (MLS). “There has been good and bad this season. If you think back to where we were in November last year, there has obviously been progress for the club, not just the team. If you think about the expectations we had going into these playoffs, we definitely failed.”summarized Tata Martino at a press conference after this defeat.
