Exactly how I got through the year 2024: by remaining calm, by keeping a good connection with my team, by preparing seriously but also by managing to relax. You have to find the right balance. There are many “first times” in life. It doesn’t matter if it’s defending a Grand Slam title or if it’s something else. You just have to be yourself as a player. In Melbourne, I don’t know yet how I will react. The only thing I can do is prepare as best I can. I always say that tennis is an unpredictable sport.
