Support French Remembrance
Four volunteers received a badge as a thank you for their involvement in the association: Philippe Blanchard, André Débarre, Marie-Anne Mahieu and Jocelyne Audureau. I also wanted to talk to you about French Souvenir. It is an association which was created in 1887 and which keeps the memory of soldiers who died for France by maintaining tombs and monuments. For this, some finances are needed and the only income is from donations and memberships. So don’t hesitate, if you want to support French Souvenir, to send me your donations with your contact details which I will then take care of sending to the association
», explained President Léopold Airaud. And to continue: We welcomed Gwendoline Rayé who participated in the Universal National Service (SNU). Thanks also to Dany and Christian who have done remarkable work for their photo exhibition taken during UNC events over the past few years. You will be able to choose and order prints.
After the reception, a meal was served at the La Fontaine fleurie restaurant.
