This Sunday in Barcelona, Pierre Gasly will start from seventh place on the starting grid for the Spanish Grand Prix, while his teammate Esteban Ocon – qualified ninth – will start from eighth place following a penalty imposed on the driver Red Bull Sergio Perez.
The French manufacturer’s team – which nevertheless expected to be in difficulty on the Catalan track at the start of the weekend – signed its best result in qualifying since the start of the 2024 campaign.
