Bringing home a souvenir of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games is now possible. Starting Saturday, September 14, 2024, in Saint-Denis, the first in a series of 22 flea markets will be held in France to allow Olympic fans to get their hands on various items used during the competition, assures the Olympics website. Under the slogan “Bring the Games home”, these events, organized by the Paris 2024 organizing committee, will offer a unique opportunity to acquire memorable souvenirs of the event. Many items will be on sale, ranging from volunteers’ outfits to cups, flags, towels used by athletes, decorative elements of the Olympic sites, and even products used during official ceremonies. All of this will be offered at affordable prices. “We will have reasonable and attractive prices, ranging from €1 to €60 maximum,” Olivier Debargue, purchasing director for Paris 2024, told Ouest-France on Friday, September 13, 2024. Unlike usual resale platforms like Vinted or Leboncoin, the prices of Olympic items will therefore be strictly regulated.

The goal? To offer everyone a last chance to leave with a piece of the Games. Sales will not be online. Fans will therefore have to travel physically to one of the cities concerned, such as Mulhouse, Rouen, Caen, Carcassonne or Montpellier, to try their luck. For those (…)
