It is finally confirmed by Rudy Galetti, Sadio Mané has made his decision

The future of Sadio Mané in the Saudi Pro League only depends on one side. The Senegalese striker, pushed out by the leaders of Al-Nassr, made his decision.

Al-Nassr has made its decision, according to Rudy Galetti (journalist at Sportitalia). The Saudi club wants to “end the contract of Senegalese striker Sadio Mané,” he reveals. However, according to sources close to the player, Sadio Mané has no plans to evaluate or accept offers to leave the Saudi club for now.

The Senegalese striker could refuse to leave for financial reasons. He receives an annual salary of 40 million euros at Al-Nassr. Currently, only the Saudi championship can offer such sums. In fact, another Saudi club wants to try it with the former Liverpool player. Al-Qadisiyah, champion of the Saudi D2 and aiming to play a leading role from next season, aims to attract the Senegalese international.

However, after several days of negotiations, the two sides failed to reach an agreement. According to Saudi sports journalist Falah Al-Qahtani, Sadio Mané and his representatives disagree on the remuneration proposed by the promoted club and the latter also does not seem able to propose a more attractive offer. Unless there is an unexpected change in the situation, this transfer seems doomed to failure. Recently, Spanish club Girona, who qualified for next season’s Champions League and will lose their star player, Savio, were reported to be interested in Sadio Mané.
