The Tao Taï-Chi-Chuan association held a constructive general assembly, which confirmed its dynamism.

The Tao Taï-Chi-Chuan club took stock during a general assembly at the Lavelanet multisports center. The quorum having been obtained for 65% of the members present, the meeting was opened with the presentation of the positive financial results. Then, the results of the numerous activities open to all during the past year demonstrated the dynamics of the association. And in particular the Qi Gong course of Pascal Pradoux, practitioner and teacher in Chinese medicine, on the work of approving and energizing energy. There was also the Taï-Chi-Chuan discovery course, on fluidity and relaxation in martial practice and for health, led by Thierry Alibert, 7th Duan FFK and organized by the departmental committee of Ariège FFK and Patrice Liberce, instructor. Finally, as part of the national Women’s Day initiative, the association organized discovery sessions of Qi Gong and Tai Chi for all audiences. For the third year, this initiative has been relaunched to always accompany the coming of spring, to carefully take control of one’s body, energy and mind. The office was re-elected, president Sophie Sarrail, vice-president, Sylvia Guerrero, secretary, Michel Clanet, assistant secretaries, Christine Deltour and Hélène Victor, treasurer, Sylvie Fouet, assistant treasurer, Carla Blommerde.
