From May 31 to June 2, the Montpellier national meeting took place in the Angelotti aquatic complex with no less than 400 swimmers mainly from the Occitanie region. Note the presence of the French poles of Font-Romeu and Toulouse which considerably increased the level during these three days of competition.

The Entente Pyrénées Séméac Tarbes Natation was present with a small delegation of 6 swimmers with the ambition of seeking new qualifications and better personal performances.

Illan Boulanger, already qualified for the French Elite swimming championships and in full preparation, narrowly failed in the 200 breaststroke and will have to make some adjustments to be competitive. Damien Mur Castera continues his progress in the 200 and 400 crawl by improving his times in the final. Among the girls, Alice Rull Anso achieved the feat of getting on the podium in the 50 and 100 butterfly (bronze and silver) with times close to the qualifying times for the French Open summer championships each time. Just like Lilie Simeon Knaebel in the 100 backstroke who achieved her best time of the season over the distance but missed qualification by 49 hundredths.

Next meeting for the EPSTN: the club party which will take place on Friday June 14 at the Paul Boyrie nautical center from 8 p.m. with the traditional artistic swimming gala (catering and refreshments on site).
