Bayern Munich won on Saturday afternoon on their lawn against Union Berlin (3-0), and put pressure on RB Leipzig, forced to win in Dortmund in the evening (6:30 p.m.) to stay in touch Munich residents.
After nine days, Bayern has 23 points (seven wins and two draws), three more than Leipzig (20 pts), the only team at the start of the championship to follow the high pace of Vincent Kompany’s players.
Behind the leading duo, Eintracht Frankfurt took the Bundesliga podium with 17 points, after beating bottom Bochum (7-2), with a double from Hugo Ekitike. Reigning champion, Bayer Leverkusen (16 pts) is already seven points behind Bayern at the quarter mark of the season.

Munich’s goals were scored by Harry Kane (15e51e), ses 10e et 11e goals of the season in the Bundesliga, and by Kingsley Coman (43e), who is in his third consecutive Bundesliga match with a goal. Kane took the lead in the scorers’ rankings, one unit ahead of Frankfurt striker Omar Marmoush (10).
