A Norman swimming pool, in the north of , had to close one of its pools after the discovery of excrement floating in one of its pools.

The public who frequent this sports establishment in Grand-Quevilly, in Seine-Maritime, experienced quite a misadventure on Tuesday when those responsible for the swimming pool discovered a large poo floating on the water, according to what “La Dépêche” reported .

“Due to “large” excrement, the small pool is closed for the entire evening,” the aquatic center said on its Facebook page, specifying that activities for “adults” in the small pool were canceled.

All sports activities planned in the contaminated pool were canceled, while employees were already busy filtering the entire pool to allow a rapid resumption of activities, according to the French media.

On social networks, the incident sparked comments denouncing the author of the dropping which, according to several, was voluntary, but the establishment did not want to accuse anyone, contenting itself with apologizing to its customers.

“Inadmissible, not possible, it’s voluntary; the person must be excluded for three months. It must be closed. “It’s not normal to penalize everyone,” exclaimed one Internet user, while another found that duck fishing “is still more fun.”
