Qualifying will take place over two rounds in two-way knockout matches. The first round will be played from October 25 to 27 and November 1 to 3, 2024, while the second round will take place from December 20 to 22 and December 27 to 29, 2024,

The Moroccan national team of local players was crowned twice in 2018 and 2020, alongside DR Congo, who won the title in 2009 and 2016, while Tunisia were crowned in 2011 and Libya in 2014 The title of the 2022 edition returned to Senegal.
