Paris Saint-Germain welcomes Borussia Dortmund in the semi-final second leg of the Champions League, this Tuesday (9 p.m.). Here is the expected line-up for the German club.
After its victory in Germany during the first round (1-0), Borussia Dortmund enters its second round against Paris Saint-Germain with a short lead. The BvB will try to defend it at the Parc des Princes this Tuesday evening (kick-off at 9 p.m.).
And if no option can be excluded for the eleven aligned by Edin Terzic, the trend would be towards a team composition identical to that of the first leg. A strong choice for the Borussia coach, satisfied with his troops after the first match.
The same eleven as the first leg for Dortmund?
Dortmund could thus start in a 4-2-3-1 formation with striker Füllkrug at the forefront, and supported by Sancho, Brandt and Adeyemi. The Emre Can – Sabitzer duo should be returned to the midfield, as should the Hummels – Schlotterbeck tandem in central defense. On the sides, Ryerson and Maatsen are also called upon to continue. Kobel will hold his place in goal.
As a reminder, Terzic is deprived of Bensebaini, Duranville and Kamara, all in the infirmary. The German-Croatian technician had made a large rotation for the match against Augsburg on Saturday (5-1).
The expected line-up for Borussia Dortmund : Kobel – Ryerson, Hummels, Schlotterbeck, Maatsen – Can (c), Sabitzer – Sancho, Brandt, Adeyemi – Füllkrug.
