Lhe clouds are darkening in the sky of 777 Partners and it is no longer just a question of the fruit of the investigations of certain media. On its website, the financial organ Bloomberg revealed on Saturday the subject of a complaint filed the day before in New York federal court. According to plaintiffs Leadenhall Capital Partners LLP and Leadenhall Life Insurance Linked Investments Fund Plc, the Miami-based investment firm was loaned $350 million by pledging assets it did not own, which did not exist not or who were already promised to someone else.
