Lausanne HC has a third success after regulation time (2 after penalties, 1 in overtime) in the National League. In front of their home crowd, the Vaudois won 2-1 after penalties against HC Bienne. HC Ajoie was soundly beaten 5-0 by CP Berne in Porrentruy.

The French-speaking team in the best form at the moment confirmed its status, despite the absence of four of its eight foreigners, injured (Kuokkanen, Raffl, Pilut, Pajuniemi). Suomela took advantage of a missed recovery from Kneubühler to open the scoring in the 6th minute.

Zero points for Ajoie

Running out of efficiency, Bienne has shown its current limits. During the intermediate period, the Zealanders spent six minutes of numerical superiority. They then continued to put pressure on Pasche. But they had to wait until the end of the match to snatch a point at 6 against 4 thanks to Andersson. During the penalty shootout, Rochette and Oksanen allowed the LHC to win.

For Ajoie, the matches follow one another and are similar. Against Bern, the Jurassiens conceded their 7th defeat in as many matches. Nemeth (8th), Loeffel (12th) and Lehmann (21st) killed any suspense before mid-match.
