Congolese referee Jean-Jacques Ndalaa, was mandated by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) to direct the RS Berkane-USM Algiers match, for the semi-final return of the CAF Cup, Sunday at the Municipal Stadium from Berkane from 8 p.m.

Ndala will be assisted by Arsenio Chadrick Maringoli Kofi from Mozambique and Stephen Danic Moyo Mutasi from Congo. Congolese Messi Jesse Nkunku will be the fourth referee.

The task of the video assistance room (VAR) was further entrusted to the South African duo Tom Abongili and Akhona Zenith Makalima.

As a reminder, the Algerian club delegation arrived on Friday April 26 at Oujda-Angad airport aboard an EgyptAir flight from Algiers.

USMA faces RS Berkane 3 points behind, CAF having decided that the Algerian club be considered defeated by 3 goals to 0, after the cancellation of the first leg scheduled for last week in Algiers, when the Algerian authorities confiscated and refused to return the RSB jerseys, even though they had been validated by CAF.

In addition to the confiscation of their jerseys due to the presence of the entire map of the Kingdom, the RSB players had to endure, for long hours, treatment that was unsporting to say the least, made up of provocations, intimidation and attacks.
