Tribute in the 86th minute: thanks to Lille

Since 86 people lost their lives during a terrible attack on the Promenade des Anglais on July 14, 2016, OGC Nice has continued to pay tribute to the victims of barbarism, during each of its meetings at the Allianz Riviera.

Since this season, the red and black supporters have honored the memory of the deceased by turning on the light of their telephone in the 86th minute, to accompany the heart symbol of our mourning.

This Friday, the Lille supporters, long-time friends of the Niçois, took up this tribute brilliantly, and the telephone lights shone in the 86th minute, at the Pierre Mauroy stadium. A gesture of sporting fraternity that touches us deeply.

Football is beautiful when it brings people together. Thank you to the people of Lille and have a good end of the season.
