Pays de Grasse beaten in Cannes, Hyères FC is the sole leader after its (small) victory against Anglet. GOAL FC has launched its maintenance operation.
RC Pays de Grasse was the victim of AS Cannes’ comeback (2-3, see the figure below), Hyères FC leading the way after its success against Genets d’Anglet (1-0). A narrow success with a penalty from Alexis Ebrard in added time (90+2). Puy Foot 43 passes Grassois and comes back three lengths from the lead with a late match to play. Etoile Fréjus Saint-Raphaël missed the boat by losing at home against Marignane Gignac Côte Bleue FC (0-1). At the bottom of the table, GOAL FC, whose heavy sanction was confirmed on appeal by the FFF, won against Jura Sud Foot (3-0). Fabien Pujo’s players are therefore only ten points behind the first relegated team (see reaction below).
