OL Mercato: the verdict of the appeal before the DNCG has already been reached!

Present this morning before the FFF Appeals Commission to try to change the DNCG sanctions, Olympique Lyonnais was not heard in its request.

The information comes from L’Equipe and is absolutely not surprising insofar as the DNCG appeals commission never overturns the decisions taken at first instance. Received this morning in , the leaders of OL saw their sanction of a recruitment ban, imposed in November, be confirmed by the authorities. Appeal which did not concern the threat of relegation as a precautionary measure since it was not a sanction strictly speaking.

An audit to convince more than for the result

Beyond the ultimately anecdotal result of this appeal, OL was mainly in Paris to prepare for its end-of-season hearing and to show that its cash flow, deemed too risky by the DNCG in November, was in the process of produce and the promises were starting to be kept. An eminently political meeting therefore and which in no way presages the decision of the LFP to validate or not the contract of Thiago Almada, which will be loaned free of charge by Eagle Holdings to Eagle and for which the Rhone club hopes the validation of the license.

The Argentinian World Champion also arrived this Friday in to undergo his traditional medical examination, pending the future approval of his contract… OL must also first free up a non-EU place. Place which will be that of Adryelson, who must be loaned with an option to buy (€5 million) to Anderlecht.
