Take frustrations into account
In an audio relayed by MarkMedina Cantalejo blurts out: « This week, we saw the expulsion of a coach… God has to come and see that! All season long, we endure gestures, protests, 10 meters from the technical area. Bottles thrown, arms raised… And there, for nothing, he is expelled. Frankly, you have to be a little flexible in these situations. »
And it doesn't stop there: « If a coach causes problems every week, he protests about anything and everything, and one day we cross the line, he should shut up. But in other cases, let's be a little more fair. Some expressions are simply a reflection of frustration. We have to take that into account. »
