Stade Rennais is preparing for a busy second half of the season, with Jorge Sampaoli recently appointed at the head of the team. The Argentine technician would have obtained the approval of the leaders to strengthen himself during the hivernal marketin order to breathe new life into the Breton team.

Strengthening defense, a priority

One of Sampaoli's priorities seems to be to solidify the defensive sector. Several names of central defenders are circulating, starting with Sadibou Sané of FC and Chancel Mbemba from Olympique de . Rennais could also turn to the Brazilian Fabricio Brunocurrently at Flamengo. These experienced reinforcements would bring solidity to the backline. Strengthening the midfield, another objective

The young Noah Sadikirevelation of the Belgian Union Saint-Gilloise, is also a promising avenue to energize the Rennes midfield.

Offensive reinforcements envisaged

Finally, the offensive sector is not left out in Sampaoli's plans. The Moroccan Hakim Ziyechtoday at Galatasaray, could bring his creativity and his vision to the Rennes wings. In the same register, the young Turkish winger Oguz Aydincoming from Fenerbahçe, is also tracked by Breton recruiters.
