The sentence fell this Monday afternoon, following a final meeting with the club's councils. It has been a while since disagreements had arisen with the 50-year-old Hispanic-Swiss and the question of his departure was raised.
While waiting for this to be formalized in the coming days, OM already knows to whom it wishes to entrust the reins of its training, a priority subject in the minds of Frank McCourt and Pablo Longoria. He has set his sights on a veteran of the house, the Marseille trainer Lassad Hasni (53), whom everyone nicknames “Titou”, who has just left OGC Nice just a week ago. Trained at Burel, passed through several amateur clubs in the region, he enjoys a flattering reputation after having cut his teeth at Gémenos where his work and his methods were unanimously praised.
