It's time for change at Manchester United and the arrival of Ruben Amorim could open the door to many departures this winter or next summer.
Under Ruben Amorim, several Manchester United players could see their careers at Old Trafford come to an end. Among them, Harry Maguire, whose future seems uncertain after several seasons marked by irregular performances. The English defender is not the only one, since Christian Eriksen, Victor Lindelöf, Jonny Evans, Tyrell Malacia, Casemiro and Antony are also in the hot seat, according to information from MirrorFootball.
These players, although varied in their positions, all share contractual situations and performances which perhaps no longer correspond to the requirements of the future Mancunian project. Next summer could therefore mark a big turning point for these players, with probable departures at stake.
Three flops at €250 million…
The Red Devils will have lost big in history, with more than 250 million euros spent on Maguire, Casemiro and Antony alone. The former Ajax Amsterdam winger is still the second biggest transfer in the club's history, with 95 million euros paid for his arrival in August 2022.
