The U17s and the ASSE reserve won this weekend at home, as did the U19s in Colomiers. Here are pictures of the three goals scored by the teams who played in Saint-Etienne!
The ASSE U17s provide the essentials
After a 3-3 draw against Cavigal Nice last week, the Greens were keen to consolidate their leading position. However, David Le Moal's players had difficulty imposing their rhythm this Sunday afternoon at the Michon stadium. Against the run of play, they still managed to open the score thanks to a cross from Mylan Toty for Rayan Aït Amer (ASSE 1-0 Air Bel, 22nd minute).
We will have to wait until the end of the second period to see Medhy Lutin Zidee (a real golazo) score the second Saint-Etienne goal: after a transition, he comes up alone from midfield and finishes the action successfully (ASSE 2-0 Air Nice, 82nd minute). However, in the process, the Greens concede a penalty which the Southerners do not fail to transform (ASSE 2-1 Air Bel, 87th minute).
During the match, the young Greens often struggled to bring out the balls and put on the intensity necessary to win in this type of match.

The reaction of coach David le Moal (ASSE): “Despite this victory, I was very disappointed by the entry. We were very fragile in everything. We didn't put much effort and didn't put much truth into this match. The opponent gave us problems but we were not up to the task. For young people in training, U17s who have to come up with things, I think we had a bit of an old-fashioned mentality, like in a Coupe de France match, we only cared about the result. »
Aiki makes lightning strike
In search of points, the Greens started their meeting well. On the first opportunity of the game, Ayman Aiki got the ball in the opposing area and unleashed a shot which deceived the opposing goalkeeper (ASSE 1-0 Seyssinet, 2nd). Dominant, the Greens recovered the ball quickly and created opportunities like a shot from the first scorer of the game, Ayman Aiki, then Jebryl Sahraoui's attempt in the process (12th). After a first quarter of an hour in favor of the Greens, however, the visitors reacted. Cheikh Fall was valuable in his area on a good opposing cross (20th). On the other side of the field, Ayman Aiki continued to cause problems for the opponents. On a superb ball from Simon Cateland, the French U20 international this time stumbled on the opposing goalkeeper (26th). Same situation, same offering from Simon Cateland, but Ayman Aiki still failed to deceive the opposing goalkeeper (36th).
Returning from the break, Seyssinet, returning with intentions, narrowly missed the equalizer with a free kick hit hard on the post by Noa Delacroix (49th).
