Luis Enrique is about to welcome significant reinforcements with PSG.

Last Saturday, Saint-Germain won against in the 11e day of Ligue 1 (2-4). A victory which allowed the capital club (1is29 pts) to consolidate its leadership position at the top of the ranking. But it was not enough to remove doubts about the paradoxical form of PSG this season. However, the international break starts with good news for Luis Enrique who will be able to count on new reinforcements in the coming weeks.

Kimpembe, Ramos and Hernandez back, Luis Enrique in heaven

Winner of Angers on Saturday, PSG continues its flawless performance in Ligue 1 with 9 wins and 2 draws in 11 matches. A record which contrasts with that in the Champions League where the capital club has only won one of its four matches (1 draw and 2 defeats). A paradoxical form attributed to Luis Enrique's style of play, but also partly to the number of injuries at Paris Saint-Germain. Problems which notably do not allow Luis Enrique to count on his starting striker, Gonçalo Ramos, injured at the start of the season, while the Spanish technician does not count on Randal Kolo Muani.

However, the Portuguese international is now back in training this Tuesday according to information reported by Onze Mondial. In addition to Gonçalo Ramos, PSG also records the return of Lucas Hernandez, victim of an anterior cruciate ligament injury in his left knee last May. And one last return that will please Luis Enrique and the Parisian supporters is that of Presnel Kimpembe. The 2018 world champion suffered a ruptured Achilles tendon in October 2022 and suffered relapses on several occasions. After two years without playing, Presnel Kimpembe is determined to come back strong. “Even if people see me as dead, I know that I will come back,” declared the French defender on Canal+ on Sunday. Logically spared from international games, the three players will train with the Espoirs Team alongside Matvey Safonov, Marco Asensio, Lucas Beraldo and Arnau Tenas, who remained in Paris.
