PSG: Donnarumma, this betrayal shakes the transfer window

Contested at PSG, Gianluigi Donnarumma maintains a very good rating in Serie A. Despite his past at AC Milan, the Parisian goalkeeper is in the sights of Inter according to the Italian press.

Will next summer be one of major goalkeeping maneuvers at Saint-Germain and more generally in Europe? It's quite possible, according to information from the Inter Live site. PSG could be at the heart of a huge game of musical chairs in this crucial position according to the specialized media, which affirms that Paris SG wants to turn the page on Gianluigi Donnarumma, less and less imperial in the Champions League and who displays even sometimes a little excitement in Ligue 1, like in on Friday evening at the end of the match.

The transalpine media confirms that PSG's objective in this position is to acquire Jan Oblak, whose departure from Atlético de Madrid is planned for June. A transfer that would bring happiness… to Inter Milan. Because as crazy as it may seem, the Nerazzurri club is on the lookout to recover Gianluigi Donnarumma, ex-goalkeeper and captain of AC Milan, where he was trained. Despite a rivalry which no longer needs to be presented between the two Milanese clubs, Inter would like to pounce on the possibility of recruiting the 26-year-old goalkeeper, still very popular in Italy, where he is the captain of the selection, with whom his performances are very honest. Sportingly, Inter have no doubts about Donnarumma and the PSG goalkeeper could be convinced by a transfer to the reigning Italian champion.

Donnarumma ready to say yes to Inter?

Financially, however, we will have to find a solution for this deal to succeed… and it is not won. First, PSG demands between 30 and 40 million euros for their goalkeeper, but this is not the most complicated obstacle to overcome. It is the colossal salary of “Gigio” in the capital which poses a problem for Inter, not yet in agreement to align with the 12 million euros annually received by Donnarumma at PSG. Financially, we are therefore very far from an agreement but sportingly, Inter has made its choice and wants to make the Parisian its future goalkeeper. It now remains to be seen whether a solution can be found during the summer transfer window for what would be perceived by AC Milan as a new betrayal on the part of Donnarumma.
