It's no longer a secret, PSG wants to move from the Parc des Princes. For many months, the Parisian club has been working in the shadows to find a place to build the new stadium. And recently, Ile-de- leaders have reportedly been thinking about a whole new city for this titanic project.

The PSG stands opposite a historic turning point. Indeed, last February, the Parisian president Nasser Al-Khelaïfi had stated that after years of negotiations with the town hall of Paris around the buyout of Princes Parkthe latter wanted to “move” and de facto, concentrate on the construction of a new den for the Red and Blue : “It’s over now, we want to move from the Parc des Princes. It's too easy to say now that the stadium is no longer for sale. We know what we want, we wasted years trying to buy the Park. It’s over now, we want to move out of the Park”.

Therefore, the management of PSG considered several construction sites. Quickly, certain destinations like Montigny-le-Bretonneux, Saint-Quentin-en-or even like the Hippodrome of Saint-Cloud stood out. But according to the latest revelations from the Teamthe PSG would now think of Poissy. A 50 hectare site, which could provide numerous benefits, such as building a PSG Land (place of leisure and consumption, hotels, restaurants, shopping centers).

Land belonging to the Stellantis group

Located in Yvelines, this city has been home to the PSG Campus since the summer of 2023, the Parisian club's brand new training center. According to the sports daily, the ground envisaged by the PSG for the construction of the stadium currently belongs to the Stellantis group and its fifteen automobile brands. Some unions currently fear that the group is considering closing almost the entire site, even though Stellantis has been established in the region for decades. THE PSG could therefore take advantage of it to build its brand new stadium. Case to be followed very closely…
