Academy: Mohamed Kader Meïté signs his first professional contract
17-year-old striker Mohamed Kader Meïté has signed a contract with Stade Rennes until 2028.
New move to pro at Stade Rennes. Arriving two years ago from the Paris region, Mohamed Kader Meïté signed his first professional contract with Stade Rennais, until 2028.
“I feel a lot of joy, it’s a childhood dream come true. I am Red and Black and it is up to me to work to repay the trust placed in me. Progressing and scoring goals are my goals. I am very happy to be at Stade Rennais FC and I simply want it to continue”reacts the player via the club press release.

The hardest and the most beautiful things are coming, it’s up to him to write his story with Stade Rennais FC”continues Denis Arnaud, director of the training center. “He is a very good boy, attentive, who wants to move forward, with very important athletic qualities. In his mentality, his autonomy, he has progressed a lot. I am convinced that he will have opportunities to move into the professional group if he continues on this path.”
