Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba (31) will have the opportunity to finally play football again. The 2018 world champion with the French team should still leave Piedmont and the Turin leaders are looking for a solution for both parties.

Under contract with Juventus until June 2026, Paul Pogba is not expected to stay at the club. As our colleague Ciro Venerato explains on ‘Rai’, Juventus made the decision not to keep the player following his doping history. Even though Pogba has had his sentence reduced and could be a football player again in March 2025, he will not make his return to the Juve jersey. Today, the club is working with the player’s agents for an amicable contract termination.

Juventus is looking for an alternative to minimize Pogba’s financial impact. The United States appears to be an interesting option, with the possibility for the Frenchman to take the plunge into MLS and why not reunite with his former partners in the Blues Olivier Giroud and Hugo Lloris at Los Angeles FC. Pogba’s departure would not only relieve Juventus’ finances, but allow the player to begin a new chapter in his career after months of uncertainty. Discussions for a possible termination of the contract are already underway, but it remains to be seen what the final outcome will be. To be continued…
