The Eintracht women won their Bundesliga guest game at SGS Essen 3-1. National player Laura Freigang was particularly impressive with two goals.

Thanks to a late double strike, Eintracht Frankfurt’s footballers remain unbeaten and close to Bundesliga leaders Bayern Munich. Thanks to the victory at SGS Essen, the Frankfurt team’s gap is still only two points.

Freigang and Reuteler turn the game around

Laura Freigang (61st minute) equalized Essen’s lead through Natasha Kowalski (18th/foul penalty). Geraldine Reuteler (83′) and Freigang again (87′) turned the game in favor of the guests.
