Top 14 – Info Midol. Racing 92 wants to host in May so as not to play in Créteil

While Racing 92 is supposed to host Stade on November 30 or December 1, the Ile-de- club would like to “swap” the dates to finally receive the Toulouse team in May and move to Haute-Garonne in two months. The goal is to play on the pitch of the La Défense Arena.

Here’s a small change in the calendar that could benefit au Racing 92. Indeed, the Ciel et Blanc are supposed to host the Stade Toulouse in two months (November 30 or December 1). A few days ago, the Ile-de-France club communicated on its social networks to announce that this duel would be held at the Dominique-Duvauchelle stadium in Créteil.

Except that, according to our information, Racing 92 would like to host the reigning French champions on the lawn of the Paris La Défense Arena. With this desire in mind, the Ile-de-France leaders then asked to “exchange” the dates of their clashes with Toulouse.

The objective is to finally move to Haute-Garonne in two months and to receive next May, the date on which the meeting on the Ernest-Wallon side is planned.

Stade Toulouse would not be against

Obviously, the Toulouse stadium and the National Rugby League are aware of this request. Still according to our information, the Haut-Garonne leaders are not against the idea, on the contrary.

The two clubs are still awaiting validation from the LNR to formalize the change. As a reminder, the Dominique Duvauchelle stadium in Créteil can accommodate a little over 12,000 people, up to 30,000 for the Paris La Défense Arena.
