Contract: 42 hours/week Salary: €1,850 to €2,000 Net, depending on experience Rest: 2 consecutive days during the week (excluding weekends and) Tips: 1 envelope per week (€80-100) Hours: 3 continuous evening shifts (3:00 p.m. – 12:20 a.m. ) / 2 cuts (10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. / 6:30 p.m. – 11:45 p.m.) Transport: Participation in the transport ticket DANCE electric bike: Free provision Mutual: Alan Living in Paris or near suburbs Female profile preferred (if possible). Your missions: – Mastery of the English language HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (80% foreign clientele) – Gastronomic experience required – Smooth running and monitoring of services / Collections / Explanation of dishes (in FR and ENG) – Taking initiative – Contribution to the satisfaction of the customer experience – Know-how in additional sales (water, coffee, wine, digestives, etc.) – Management of the good running of the restaurant, implementation and progress A large wine list (600 references); an interest in sommelier would be a big plus!
