Zapping Fifteen World 6 Nations Calendar 2024

The Disciplinary Commission of the National League: Pierre Mignoni is suspended for 6 weeks after having had a virulent attitude against the referees of the match between and Clermont, at Michelin. The RCT manager will therefore not have the right to speak to his players in the locker room, nor to follow the match alongside his staff.

“We have to be demanding”

Is this sanction too severe? For Philippe Saint-André, not at all! The former MHR director of rugby and coach of the French XV spoke in the Super Moscato Show on RMC Sport. This sanction invites everyone, coaches and players alike, to observe more control towards the referees. This punishment against Mignoni is therefore a bit of an example.

It’s completely normal for it to take 6 weeks. Pierre Mignoni is an intelligent guy, a sanguine one too (…) Decisions have been limited but you cannot break down, and you must remain calm. He knows it and he punished himself the following week. We have to be demanding, to be uncompromising because afterwards we will have a referee who will whistle and ten rugby players who will run towards him (…) Pierre Mignoni knows it, he made a mistake.

To summarize
