XALIMANEWS- “It was a lady named Tall who was the first to file a complaint for fraud involving 100 million CFA francs,” explains the newspaper. Detained by the Dic after questioning, ‘Amir Abo’ agreed to reimburse the lady, while disputing that he owed her this sum,” Libération informs in today’s publication.
With this commitment to repay, things could have calmed down for the businessman. But that was without Pierre Goudiaby “Atépa” and the musical group Gélongal who, in turn, filed a complaint against him.
The newspaper reports that the architect is dragging “Amir Abo” to court for “service fraud” involving 400 million CFA francs while Gélongal accuses him “of having hired him for audiovisual productions that never materialized.”
The accused contests the accusations of Tall and “Atépa”. And that of Gélongal? Libération gives no indication in this direction. The newspaper only reports that Abo plans to counterattack with complaints against his accusers, saying he “has several audio recordings” exonerating him.
