Fabrice Cumps assures that “all light must be shed on possible dysfunctions in the management of certain individual files”. The mayor confirms that the applicants are generally homeless people, and adds, “this situation can last for many years, which is unacceptable.”

The mayor guarantees, “local agents listen to the population. They do their job locally”. As for decisions for the granting of individual aid, Cumps recalls that they are taken by a committee made up of elected representatives (majority and opposition).
