Questions about the appropriateness of his provisional release expose Nabou to danger. Both in Pikine and Guinaw-rails, well-known showbiz figures who wished to remain anonymous are wondering about the risks weighing on the beneficiary of this provisional release measure. “This double murder is still fresh in our memories. Many things have been said, some have been misquoted. A real divide exists between families living in the same neighborhood. An uncontrolled act could well occur if we are not careful,” warns this dedicated dancer who has shared the stage several times with Aziz Dabala and Nabou Léye. He continues: “I know them both and, believe me, this affair has deeply shaken the industry, where anything goes: from blackmail to betrayal. But since this event, things have changed a lot; the embarrassment is still palpable. »
The Nabou Léye camp is jubilant. It is mainly through social networks that members of showbiz in the suburbs, favorable to Nabou Léye, have expressed their satisfaction. Like Soda Samb, a renowned dancer very close to Nabou Leye, who spoke with an acerbic tone to challenge those who, from the very beginning, had designated Nabou Léye as “the person who ordered the assassination of Dabala and his friend Wally. “Now let them provide their proof!” » she said, euphoric, after the provisional release of Nabou Léye. In the circle of her close friends, it is said that the dancer was never directly implicated in the double murder in the Technopole city; it was only a question of suspicion, even if we admit that she does not have the profile of a saint.

“She has not been cleared”: the clarification of a specialist requested by L’Observateur tempered the euphoria of Nabou Leye’s friends. In fact, the measure of provisional release from which she benefits is accompanied by judicial review. In clearer terms, this means that Nabou Leye has not been cleared and is not exonerated. She will have to respect a certain number of obligations and prohibitions while awaiting trial. This judicial control is a first restriction on the principle of freedom for an indicted person during the investigation. In other words, Nabou Leye is not out of the woods yet.
