UDC national advisor, Jean-Luc Addor from Valais experienced the American presidential elections from the inside. Dispatched by the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), he observed the smooth running of the vote in the Las Vegas area, in the state of Nevada. He calls us at the end of his day, at midnight local time, 9 a.m. in Switzerland this Wednesday morning.
