As reported this Sunday by SeneNews, Ismaïla Madior Fall explained that the President of the Republic of Senegal is protected by a “principle of irresponsibility”, a complete immunity criticized by Aminata Touré in a publication on her social networks. The former Prime Minister even mentioned the case of Hissène Habré, former Chadian president, who was tried and convicted in Senegal.
