The emphasis was placed during this third day on the formationthe human capital and future needs human resources. The conferences led by renowned aeronautical leaders and to which around a hundred people were invitedstudents fromengineering schools et universities Moroccanhighlighted the crucial importance of these elements in the growth and development of the sector.

The Marrakech Air Show (MAS) was thus a major platform to highlight the successes of the Moroccan training system and the continued rise in skills of the national aeronautical industry.
