It is now official, Oscar Jegou and Hugo Auradou have been authorized by the Argentine justice system to leave the country and return to France despite their indictment for aggravated rape, as announced in a press release.

At a hearing in Mendoza, the prosecution did not object to the prosecutor’s recommendation Monday to allow Hugo Auradou and Oscar Jegou to leave Argentina, the court said in a statement. “This resolution therefore remains valid, and they will be able to leave the country from now on,” the statement added.
