To receive your winnings, you must meet three conditions. The first is that you must present a valid ID if your prize exceeds 2,000 euros. Then, your receipt must be in good condition.
It must not be torn or altered. The ideal is to keep it in a safe place, protected from water and damage. In case of doubt, only FDJ customer service will be able to decide whether your receipt is valid or not.
Finally, the heart of the matter: you have up to 60 days to complete your procedures in the case of a lottery or a sports bet. After this period, you will no longer be able to recover your winnings. These will be paid into the Reserve Fund of the corresponding game. Here, the Loto.
